厚板生产工艺数据集主要面向流程工业智能制造和厚板质量控制等研究与工程应用需求,由某公司厚板产线在稳定生产阶段,通过西门子分散控制系统及现场传感器网络自动采集生成。数据以厚板加热、轧制、冷却及最终质量检测等核心工序为主线,系统记录了加热炉各段温度、板坯在炉时间、轧制力与弯辊力、终轧温度、冷却水工况、板坯/钢板尺寸等关键过程参数和设备状态信息,完整反映厚板从进炉到成品的全流程运行轨迹。当前版本覆盖2023年4月1日至4月6日典型生产工况,采用标准CSV格式存储,兼具较高通用性与可扩展性,整体数据量可满足工艺机理分析、设备故障诊断、质量预测与工业大数据建模等多种研究和应用,对推动厚板生产过程的数字化、智能化和绿色化具有重要意义。
The heavy plate production process dataset is mainly targeted at the research and engineering application demands such as intelligent manufacturing in process industry and heavy plate quality control. It is automatically collected and generated by the heavy plate production line of a company during the stable production phase via Siemens Distributed Control System (DCS) and on-site sensor network. Taking the core processes including heavy plate heating, rolling, cooling and final quality inspection as the main thread, the dataset systematically records key process parameters and equipment status information, such as furnace zone temperatures, slab dwelling time in the furnace, rolling force and bending roll force, finish rolling temperature, cooling water conditions, slab/steel plate dimensions, etc., which fully reflects the whole-process operation trajectory of heavy plates from furnace charging to finished products. The current version covers typical production scenarios from April 1 to April 6, 2023, and is stored in standard CSV format. It has high versatility and expandability, and the overall data volume can meet various research and application requirements including process mechanism analysis, equipment fault diagnosis, quality prediction and industrial big data modeling. It is of great significance for promoting the digitalization, intelligentization and greenization of heavy plate production processes.
