浙大二院2024年-2026年癫痫精神共病管理队列数据集

该数据为浙江大学医学院附属第二医院在2024-2025年对癫痫合并精神共病患者进行登记及长期随访过程中产生的真实数据。数据涵盖：患者信息表（年龄、入组时状态、职业、文化程度、首次癫痫发作年龄、病程、发作情况、发作类型、发作频率、抗癫痫药物使用、热性惊厥史、脑部疾病史、既往病史、脑MRI结果及影像集、脑电图结果、量表评估结果：汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、简易精神状态检查、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、癫痫患者生活质量量表-31项、巴瑞特冲动量表-11、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、艾森克人格问卷；以上数据半年随访一次；以及脑MRI影像集。形成结构化、半结构化数据的癫痫精神共病数据库及影像集。This dataset comprises real-world data collected during the registration and long-term follow-up of patients with epilepsy comorbid with psychiatric disorders, conducted by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine between 2024 and 2025. The covered data includes: patient information records covering age, enrollment status, occupation, educational level, age at first epileptic seizure, disease duration, seizure characteristics, seizure type, seizure frequency, anti-epileptic drug usage, history of febrile convulsions, history of cerebral diseases, past medical history, brain MRI results and image datasets, electroencephalogram (EEG) results, and scale assessment results including the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Hamilton Depression Scale, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Quality of Life in Epilepsy Inventory-31 (QOLIE-31), Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-11 (BIS-11), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). All the aforementioned patient data is updated via semi-annual follow-ups, along with the brain MRI image datasets. Ultimately, a structured and semi-structured database of epilepsy comorbid with psychiatric disorders and its associated image datasets is formed.
