为了避免食品安全事故发生,根据食品安全法的要求,我单位对温峤菜市场摊位开展抽样检测,得出样品中残留铅的含量。检测数据对比GB 2762-2022 《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》,可得出该样品是否合格。该项数据关乎消费者食品安全,有着不可忽视的重要性。1、样品来源:本项目抽检的蔬菜全部来源于温峤菜市场主体经营的蔬菜。 2.数据检测:样品经消解后,根据GB5009.268-2016第一法检测原则,由电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定,得出数据。3、数据判定:铝的残留量的计算,X=(C1-C0)×v×f/m。X为试样铝的残留量,单位为mg/kg;C1为试样溶液中被测元素质量浓度,单位为mg/L;C0为试样空白液中被测元素质量浓度,单位为mg/L;v为试样消化液定容体积,单位为ml;f为试样稀释倍数;m为试样称取质量,单位为g。蔬菜中铝的残留量标准要求根据GB 2762-2022《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》判断是否合格。 4、数据应用:通过抽检数据分析研判,我们可以判断蔬菜中铝的残留量是否符合标准,避免因铝的残留量超标而产生的食品安全问题,为监管提供依据。
To prevent food safety accidents, in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, our unit conducted sampling and testing on stalls at Wenqiao Vegetable Market, and obtained the residual lead content in the samples. By comparing the test data with GB 2762-2022 National Food Safety Standard - Limits for Contaminants in Foods, we can determine whether the samples are qualified. This data is critical to consumer food safety and holds non-negligible importance.
1. Sample Source: All vegetables sampled in this project are sourced from the vegetables sold at the official stalls of Wenqiao Vegetable Market.
2. Data Detection: After being digested, the samples were tested in accordance with Method 1 specified in GB 5009.268-2016, and the test data was obtained using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS).
3. Data Judgment: The calculation formula for the residual aluminum content is $X=(C_1-C_0) imes v imes f/m$. Where:
$X$ = residual aluminum content of the test sample, unit: mg/kg;
$C_1$ = mass concentration of the detected element in the sample solution, unit: mg/L;
$C_0$ = mass concentration of the detected element in the sample blank solution, unit: mg/L;
$v$ = constant volume of the digested sample solution, unit: ml;
$f$ = dilution factor of the test sample;
$m$ = mass of the weighed test sample, unit: g.
The qualification of the vegetable samples is judged based on the residual aluminum content standards stipulated in GB 2762-2022 National Food Safety Standard - Limits for Contaminants in Foods.
4. Data Application: Through the analysis and evaluation of the sampling data, we can determine whether the residual aluminum content in vegetables meets the applicable standards, thereby avoiding food safety issues caused by excessive residual aluminum content, and providing a reliable basis for food safety supervision work.
