Transcriptomic profiling of human renal interstitial fibroblasts under high-calcium, high-phosphate, and HAP crystal induction

This dataset investigates the transcriptional responses of primary human renal interstitial fibroblasts (RIFs) to pathological stimuli associated with Randall's Plaques. Primary RIFs were isolated from human renal tissue and subjected to three distinct conditions: stimulation with spherical hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystals, high calcium environment, or high inorganic phosphate environment. These experiments aim to elucidate the specific molecular mechanisms and inflammatory phenotypes driven by different calcification-related factors in the renal interstitium.
