Wessex Water Home Check Visits

Our Home Check visits are available to customers who would like support to save water in their home. Customers book a visit for one of our Home Check water experts to understand about household water use, identify if there are any leaks at the property and fit free water-saving devices. By reducing water usage for our customers, we can help them save money on their bills, protect the environment and preserve our water resources. Data is collected by our Home Check water experts about their visits, different household characteristics which effect water usage and the water saving devices they fit whilst at the property. The results are grouped by local area (Lower Super Output Area – LSOA) to protect privacy. The LSOA groupings are population weighted areas provided by the Office for National Statistics for geo-anonymisation.
