Analysis of astrocyte gene expression across postnatal development in the mouse visual cortex, spanning the time of synaptogenesis and synapse maturation. Profile of astrocyte-enriched mRNA from the mouse visual cortex at 4 different developmental (P7,P14,P28,P120) timepoints from GFAP-Ribotag mice (ribosomal pulldown), with 3-5 biological replicates and 1 input (non-pulldown) sample per time point
本研究针对小鼠视觉皮层出生后发育阶段的星形胶质细胞(astrocyte)基因表达展开分析,覆盖突触发生与突触成熟关键时期。实验通过核糖体下拉(ribosomal pulldown)技术,从GFAP-核糖体标签(GFAP-Ribotag)小鼠的视觉皮层中,获取了4个发育时间点(P7、P14、P28、P120)的星形胶质细胞富集mRNA谱;每个时间点设置3-5个生物学重复样本及1个输入(未下拉)对照样本。
