3. Data Enrichment and Score Calculation: Calculate the latest login timestamp R of each user using the LOOKUP function; calculate the total number of logins F for each user via the COUNTIF function; calculate the total purchase amount M of the packages subscribed by each user via the SUMIF function; and calculate the total number of retrievals N for each user via the COUNTIF function. Count the most frequently occurring terms in the user's platform retrieval records, classify these terms by domain, and assign domain scores (5 points for strategic emerging fields, 0 points for all other fields). Classify customers into four tiers: ordinary customers when T ≤ 10, potential customers when 10 < T ≤ 20, important customers when 20 < T ≤ 45, and high-value customers when T > 45.
