Supply balance cereals

These data show an overview of the supply balances of cereals and cereal products with regard to: Production, export and import, change in stocks, consumption, degree of self-sufficiency and consumption per capita from 1991. Comments: Usable production = harvest. Self-consumption from 2011/12 including purchases from the market. As of the 2012/13 marketing year, glucose/isoglucose is no longer included in the food item. Last year's figures are preliminary.
