表面改性强化FZG标准齿轮振动加速度、粗糙度及寿命试验数据

本数据集面向表面改性齿轮疲劳寿命、动力学等方面进行研究。基于中国济南辰达的FZG齿轮摩擦磨损试验机,依照FZG试验标准(单级点蚀测试),开展多轮次试验。粗糙度采用东京精密表面粗糙度测量机(SURFCOM NEX 001SD-12)以0.3mm/s的测针速度进行测量。振动加速度采用三坐标振动加速度传感器、LMS Test. lab数据采集系统监测采集齿轮啮合过程中的振动加速度信号,设置采样频率8000Hz。温度采用红外热成像仪测量,每组试验重复三次,对每组试验得到的数据求平均值。从而得到齿轮经表面改性后的疲劳寿命、温度场变化以及服役过程的振动加速度信号变化。
This dataset is developed for research on fatigue life, dynamics and other relevant aspects of surface-modified gears. Multiple rounds of tests were conducted using an FZG gear friction and wear testing machine produced by Jinan Chenda of China, in compliance with the FZG test standard (single-stage pitting test). Surface roughness was measured with a Tokyo Seimitsu SURFCOM NEX 001SD-12 surface roughness tester at a stylus speed of 0.3 mm/s. Vibration acceleration signals during gear meshing were monitored and collected via a 3-axis vibration acceleration sensor and the LMS Test. lab data acquisition system, with a sampling frequency set to 8000 Hz. Temperature was measured using an infrared thermal imager. Each test group was repeated three times, and the average value of the data obtained from each group was computed. Thereby yielding the fatigue life, temperature field variation, and vibration acceleration signal changes during the service of the surface-modified gears.
