Closed Call for Bids - NL15-01

"Parcels will be offered in a Call for Bids from which licences will be issued to successful bidders. Each parcel is composed of sections of grid areas which are defined in the Canada Oil and Gas Regulations. In the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Area, the maximum allowable parcel size is 800 sections with the only exception being parcels within the Jeanne d’Arc region, which cannot exceed 400 sections."本批勘探区块将通过招标出让公告进行出让，向中标者颁发相应油气勘探许可证。每个勘探区块均由《加拿大石油天然气条例》（Canada Oil and Gas Regulations）中定义的网格区块单元组成。在加拿大纽芬兰与拉布拉多近海油气区，单个勘探区块的最大允许规模为800个区块单元；唯一例外情形为让娜·达克（Jeanne d’Arc）区域内的勘探区块，其规模不得超过400个区块单元。
