Fecal mycobiota in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases and Extraintestinal Manifestations

Fecal mycobiota in patients with inflammatory bowel disease with or without extraintestinal manifestations. Mycobiota was also sequenced for a healthy control group. All participants were adults from Denmark and samples were collected in 2020-2022, samples were sequenced in 2023-2024 using Oxford Nanopore Technology targeting ITS2.
