四川脐带血造血干细胞库

由四川新生命干细胞科技股份有限公司投资建设的四川省脐带血造血干细胞库（以下简称“四川脐血库”），是国家卫计委首批批准设置的7家脐带血干细胞库之一，也是目前中国西部地区唯一获得卫生行政部门执业许可证（川卫脐血库字[2007]第01号）的从事脐带血采集、制备、检测、冻存及移植配型服务的专业机构。 四川脐血库具备符合GMP标准的洁净工作室和卫生部HLA参比实验室、四川省甲级重点实验室、临床基因扩增检验实验室、流式细胞仪室、病原微生物检测室、程控降温室和液氮冻存库等完善的实验室体系及一批国际先进的仪器设备，并建立了标准的操作规程、全面的质量管理体系及自动化的信息管理系统，以确保脐带血长期保存的安全性和有效性。截止目前，四川脐血库公共脐血数量已接近1万份，向临床医疗机构提供3000余人次配型查询，为200余名患者提供适合临床移植的脐带血造血干细胞，用于治疗白血病、地中海贫血、重型再生障碍性贫血、粘多糖累积症（Ⅰ型）、进行性肌营养不良症、慢性肉芽肿、神经母细胞瘤等数十种疑难疾病，拯救了众多患者的生命，极大提高和改善了患者的生活质量。Sichuan Cord Blood Hematopoietic Stem Cell Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Cord Blood Bank"), invested and constructed by Sichuan New Life Stem Cell Technology Co., Ltd., is one of the first seven cord blood stem cell banks approved for establishment by the former National Health and Family Planning Commission, and it is currently the only professional institution in China's western region that has obtained the practicing license from the health administrative department (Chuan Wei Qi Xue Ku Zi [2007] No. 01) and engages in cord blood collection, preparation, testing, cryopreservation and transplantation matching services. Sichuan Cord Blood Bank is equipped with GMP-compliant clean rooms, the Ministry of Health HLA Reference Laboratory, Sichuan Provincial Grade A Key Laboratory, Clinical Gene Amplification Testing Laboratory, Flow Cytometry Laboratory, Pathogenic Microorganism Testing Laboratory, Programmed Cooling Chamber and liquid nitrogen cryopreservation bank, as well as a range of internationally advanced instruments and equipment. It has established standard operating procedures, a comprehensive quality management system and an automated information management system to ensure the safety and effectiveness of long-term cryopreservation of cord blood. Up to now, the number of public cord blood units stored in Sichuan Cord Blood Bank has approached 10,000. It has provided more than 3,000 matching inquiries for clinical medical institutions, and supplied cord blood hematopoietic stem cells eligible for clinical transplantation to over 200 patients, which have been used to treat dozens of intractable diseases including leukemia, thalassemia, severe aplastic anemia, mucopolysaccharidosis type I, progressive muscular dystrophy, chronic granulomatous disease and neuroblastoma. These efforts have saved the lives of numerous patients and greatly improved their quality of life.
