The aim of this study was to understand how age impacts on the early response of follicular dendritic cells and marginal reticular cells to immunisation Overall design: There are 39 samples in total, 19 samples of follicular dendritic cells, 20 samples of marginal reticular cells, all isolated from C57BL/6 mouse lymph nodes by cell sorting. Within each cell type, cells have been isolated from adult 8 week-old mice and aged 98 week old mice, from both unimmunsed mice and 2 days after immunisation with NP-KLH emulsified in Alum. Within each group there are five replicates, apart from the unimmunised Aged FDC group, where only four replicates have passed QC
