Bonus Zoning Rate Districts

This dataset provides a polygon representation of incentive or bonus zoning rate districts as defined by applicable by-laws. Reference to official By-laws is required. For more information, contact HRM Planning & Development. This dataset is currently filtered to show only the data relevant to the Suburban Housing Accelerator By-law Area. Data pertaining to the Regional Centre will be incorporated once the RC Bonus Zoning Rate Districts feature service is retired.
