We report that cavity macrophages from the pericardial, pleural and peritoneal cavities have distinct expression profile from cardiac macrophages Overall design: Comparison of sorted macrophages from the pericardial cavity, pleural cavity, peritoneal cavity, and heart under baseline conditions. 4 replicates per cavity or tissue were included.
