Zonisamide facilitates survival of human iPS cell-derived dopaminergic neurons in the rat striatum

ZNS promotes the survival of DA neurons after the transplantation of human iPS cell-derived DA progenitors in the rat striatum. SLITRK6 is suggested to be involved in this supportive effect of ZNS by modulating the environment of the host brain.将人诱导多能干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cell, iPS）来源的多巴胺能（DA, dopaminergic）前体细胞移植至大鼠纹状体后，ZNS可促进多巴胺能神经元的存活。研究表明，SLITRK6通过调控宿主脑微环境，参与了ZNS的该支持效应。
