CD84 is a key marker of PMN-MDSCs in multiple mouse models and patients tumor samples. Increased CD84 expression levels were found in pathophysiological conditions associated with thrombo-inflammation To investigate the effect of CD84 ligation in PMN-MDSCs biology, bulk RNA-seq of in vitro-derived human MDSCs (IVD-hMDSCs) stimulated with human recombinant CD84 for 48 hours was performed.
