Amendment of saline-alkali soils promotes the formation and stability of iron-bound organic carbon

This dataset presents the raw data on the physicochemical properties and microbial communities of saline-alkali soil before and after amendment. Soil samples was collected in April 2023 at Hongxing Farm, Songyuan City, and included the following treatments: saline-alkali soil without amendment (CK), soil amended with desulfurized gypsum for one year (T1-1) and three years (T1-3), and soil amended with PASP-Ca for one year (T2-1) and three years (T2-3).
