Notes: The three modes of inheritance are considered under each population structure. The causal site was assumed to render an OR value of 1.5 for homozygous mutation genotypes, heterozygous genotypes and homozygous or heterozygous mutation genotypes under recessive, additive and dominant modes of inheritance, respectively.
