Single-cell RNA-sequencing of human intestinal organoid cells

We focused on a rare cell population of human intestine, the M cells. Using human intestinal organoid as a model, the M cells could be differentiated, FACS-sorted from organoids and analyzed by scRNA-seq. Overall design: Human intestinal organoids were cultured in M cell differentiation medium. Cells derived from the differentiated M cell orgnaoids were FACS sorted and individally collected in the 384 well plates for SORT-seq based scRNA-seq analysis.
