Transcriptome analysis of Conus episcopatus venom apparatus. Conus episcopatus

In this study we isolated the mRNA of the three compartments of the venom apparatus of the marine cone snail Conus episcopatus. From this material, cDNA libraries of the venom duct, the radular sac and the salivary gland have been prepared and sequenced using Illumina MiSeq sequencer (2x300 bp strand-specific paired-end reads).
