We have detected a potential intermediate mass black hole in a nucleated dwarfspheroidal nonactive galaxy, based on the ROSAT observations. Confirmation ofthis excitingly rare object will have important astrophysical implications. Herewe propose only 10 ks XMMNewton observations of this object.
