Functional Analysis of PARP1 in the Differentiation of Chicken Adipocytes

This data contains three sets of transcriptome data, all of which belong to the genus Chicken and are samples taken 72 hours after differentiation of preadipocytes in the abdominal area of chickens. The three groups are the PARP1 wild-type overexpression group, the PARP1 mutant (H859A, Y893A,E985A) overexpression group, and the control group with overexpression of GFP. It is used to study the regulatory function of PARP1 on adipocyte differentiation and to analyze the effect of PARP1 enzyme activity inhibition on fat development
