在金融信贷业务的尽职调查阶段，金融机构必须细致审视企业的现有资本实力，以此作为判断能否为企业提供相应金融服务的关键依据。针对此场景，我司结合了工商企业的特有属性，兼顾了数据的易获取性和可靠性，开发了一套工商企业资本实力评估模型。该模型能够输出企业的资本实力评估数据，极大地提高了金融机构在评估企业资本实力时的准确性和工作效率。工商企业资本实力得分 = S1 *（注册资本）+ S2 * （注册资本的行业排名）+ S3 *（注册资本的省份排名)+ ......+ S6 *（股东是否有强政府、央企、强国企背景)+......+ S10 *（对外投资金额的省份排名)。其中，“强政府、强国企、强上市公司”的概念是指政府、国企、上市公司的股权占比50%以上，S1、S2、S3、S4、S5、S6、S7、S8、S9、S10是通过统计与机器学习模型得出的的不同权重系数。
During the due diligence stage of financial credit business, financial institutions must conduct a meticulous review of enterprises' current capital strength, which serves as the core basis for determining whether to provide relevant financial services to the enterprises. In light of this scenario, our company has developed a capital strength assessment model for industrial and commercial enterprises by integrating the unique characteristics of such enterprises while balancing data accessibility and reliability. This model can generate capital strength assessment data for enterprises, greatly enhancing the accuracy and operational efficiency of financial institutions when evaluating corporate capital strength. The capital strength score of industrial and commercial enterprises is formulated as follows: Capital strength score of industrial and commercial enterprises = S1 × (registered capital) + S2 × (industry ranking of registered capital) + S3 × (provincial ranking of registered capital) + ...... + S6 × (whether shareholders have backgrounds of strong government entities, central SOEs or strong local SOEs) + ...... + S10 × (provincial ranking of outbound investment amount) Among them, the concept of "strong government entities, strong SOEs and strong listed companies" refers to enterprises where the equity stake held by the government, SOEs or listed companies accounts for more than 50%. S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9 and S10 are distinct weight coefficients derived via statistical and machine learning models.
