MyoMiner

MyoMiner is a powerful muscle specific database for the discovery of genes that are associated in related functions based on their co-expression. Within each category, users can select a gene of interest, and the MyoMiner web interface will return all correlated genes. MyoMiner has two extra functions: (a) a network interface for creating a 2-shell correlation network, based either on the most highly correlated genes or from a list of genes provided by the user with the option to include linked genes from the database and (b) a comparison tool from which the users can test whether any two correlation coefficients from different conditions are significantly different.MyoMiner是一款功能强大的肌肉特异性数据库，可基于基因共表达特征挖掘功能相关的关联基因。在各个分类模块中，用户可选取目标基因，MyoMiner的网页交互界面将返回所有与之存在共表达关联的基因。MyoMiner还具备两项附加功能：(a) 网络构建界面，可基于最显著相关的基因集，或用户提供的自定义基因列表构建2-shell（双壳层）共表达关联网络，同时支持纳入数据库内的关联基因；(b) 相关性比较工具，支持用户检验不同实验条件下的任意两个相关系数是否存在显著统计学差异。
