TLR4 Sites Under Positive Selection in Mammals. DataMonkey was used to perform a MEME Analysis of the TLR4 sequences of ten species, including four Cetacea and six Artiodactyla. A high dN/dS ratio (>1) was found on five sites on the TLR4 of the species, indicating positive selection on their TLR4.
