Floodplain Meadow Restoration (Floodplain Meadows Partnership)

The Floodplain Meadows Partnership are undertaking a survey of floodplain meadow-restoration projects across England and Wales, including talking to landowners, gathering information on what activities were undertaken to deliver floodplain meadow restoration, and collecting botanical and physical data about the sites to assess progress. The first publication sharing findings can be found here. The map shows those sites where floodplain meadow restoration is known to be occurring and where permission has been received to share the information. If you are involved in a floodplain meadow restoration site and have not been in touch with the Floodplain Meadows Partnership, they would really like to hear more about what you are doing and how you are getting on.
