对于大型交直流变速电机,轴承是一个很关键的部件,轴承的性能可以直接影响到电动机的寿命。此外大型交直流变速电机的轴承长时间摩擦和磨损后会导致电机不稳定,甚至可能发生故障。因此,在轴承磨损程度达到一定程度时,通过考察大型交直流变速电机轴承运行稳定性来及时更换轴承,以保证电机运行的稳定性。大型交直流变速电机轴承运行稳定性与轴承的振动速度和轴承连续运行温度变化有关,采用标准评价方法来判定轴承运行稳定性是否合格。1、数据检测:采用测试仪器AS062(申克)测定大型交直流变速电机轴承振动速度,采用测试仪器WZP2-532(安徽天康)测定大型交直流变速电机轴承连续运行4小时的温度变化。通过在测试仪器上输入测试参数,包括:电机型号、轴承型号、测试环境温度、轴承润滑方式、转速、轴瓦直径、径向工作载荷、横向工作载荷,然后开机进行测试。2、数据输出:经过测试,输出轴承水平振动速度、垂直振动速度、轴向振动速度,和轴承起始温度、轴承运行0.5h温度、轴承运行1.0h温度、轴承运行1.5h温度、轴承运行2.0h温度。3、数据评价:当轴承水平振动速度≤2.3mm/s,垂直振动速度≤2.3mm/s,轴向振动速度≤2.3mm/s,轴承起始温度和稳定运行2小时的稳定均≤80℃时,判定轴承运行稳定性合格;若有任一一项标准未达到,则判定为不合格。
For large-scale AC/DC variable-speed motors, bearings are a critical component whose performance directly dictates the service life of the motor. Moreover, prolonged friction and wear of the bearings in these motors will lead to motor instability and even potential failures. Therefore, when the wear degree of the bearings reaches a certain threshold, timely bearing replacement should be conducted by evaluating the operational stability of the bearings to ensure the stable operation of the motor. The operational stability of the bearings for large-scale AC/DC variable-speed motors is correlated with both the vibration velocity of the bearings and the continuous operating temperature variation, and a standardized evaluation method is adopted to assess whether the bearing operational stability meets the qualification criteria.
1. Data Detection: The testing instrument AS062 (SCHENCK) is used to measure the vibration velocity of the bearings of large-scale AC/DC variable-speed motors, while the testing instrument WZP2-532 (Anhui Tiankang) is employed to measure the temperature changes of the bearings during a 4-hour continuous operation. Prior to testing, test parameters including motor model, bearing model, test ambient temperature, bearing lubrication method, rotational speed, bearing bush diameter, radial working load, and transverse working load are input into the testing instrument, followed by starting the instrument to perform the test.
2. Data Output: Upon completion of the test, the output data includes the horizontal, vertical, and axial vibration velocities of the bearings, as well as the initial bearing temperature, the bearing temperature after 0.5 h of operation, 1.0 h of operation, 1.5 h of operation, and 2.0 h of operation.
3. Data Evaluation: The operational stability of the bearings is judged as qualified only when the horizontal vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s, vertical vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s, axial vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s, and both the initial bearing temperature and the stable temperature after 2 hours of stable operation ≤ 80℃. If any of the above standards is not satisfied, the bearing operational stability is judged as unqualified.
