This dataset contains targeted proteomics data of the OLINK explore 1536 panel from the 200HIV cohort combined with age groups and sex. 1472 proteins and 48 control assays divided into four 384-plex panels focused on inflammation, oncology, cardiometabolic and neurology proteins. When a targeted protein was detected in less than 75% of the samples, the protein was excluded (n= 170). In total 1293 proteins were included in this dataset.
