Waveform discrimination data of Ga-doped zinc oxide scintillating detector

The dimensions of the Ga-doped zinc oxide (GZO) single crystal were 30 mm × 30 mm × 2 mm, fabricated using a hydrothermal technique with a carrier concentration of 1.07 × 1019 cm−3. The waveform discrimination data of this crystal for five kinds of charged particles, namely α particles, β particles, H+, Li+, O8+ and pulsed neutron/gamma mixed fields, are provided in this database
