The objective of this study was to assess transcriptomic changes to microglia as a result of treatment with the CSF1R angonist GW2580 in healthy mice. Overall design: To determine how GW2580 affects microglia function, C57BL/6J mice were orally gavaged with vehicle or GW2580 (80mg/kg/d) for 8 days. Microglia were isolated by percoll gradient and then magnetically isolated with a CD11b+ positive selection kit to determine transcriptomic changes.
