In accordance with the Organic Regulations of the Plenary, approved by agreement of the Plenary of May 31, 2004, in its Title VII, The Commissions, Article 116 provides in reference to its classes: “ 1. The Plenary will agree on the creation, number and name of the Commissions provided for in Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, which will be formed by the members who designate the political groups in proportion to the number of councilors they have in the Plenary. 2. Plenary Committees may be permanent or non-permanent. Article 117, as regards its organisation, provides: “1. Each Commission shall have a chairperson and a vice-chairperson, who shall be elected from among its members by the Commission itself at its constituent session and appointed by the chairperson of the plenary session, who may chair that session or delegate it to any of its members. Finally, Article 122 on designation provides: By resolution of the President of the Plenary, and on the proposal of the respective municipal groups, the members of the Commissions, both members and alternates, where appropriate, and the spokespersons of the groups in each of them will be appointed. This set of data offers information on the municipal commissions of the City of Madrid, both the ordinary and special permanent commissions, non-permanent, with the positions in them and identification of the councilors / members of them, dates of their appointment and dismissal. The charges reflected will be: Representative, Spokesperson and Deputy Spokesperson of the municipal group, President and Vice-President of the Commission, of the different municipal groups in the respective commissions.
