Madrid City Council Public Information Catalogue

The Transparency Ordinance of the City of Madrid (OTCM) provides for the development of a catalogue identifying the municipal bodies or units responsible for the preparation, supply, quality and updating of each of the contents and information of active advertising obligations. This catalogue, approved by Decree of the Delegate of the Government Area of Citizen Participation, Transparency and Open Government on March 6, 2017 and amended by decree on March 5, 2019, presents the following information: Type of information: grouping headings in the OTCM Article of the OTMC: paragraph and subparagraph Generic content: concept under which it is published in the Portal of Transparency Content: description according to the obligation in the OTCM Upper organic structure: higher administrative body or unit responsible for content. Responsible for the content: administrative body or unit responsible for the preparation, supply, quality and updating of information. Refresh frequency: periodicity of review of the content. Comments for publication: additional information about its publication.
