基于规范的食品抽(取)样和实验室检测,依据标准方法处理原始检测数据,获得所检蔬菜样本中农药阿维菌素含量数据,通过比对食品安全国家标准,对样品进行合格性评价,判定农产品中农药阿维菌素残留量否达标。该数据可为农业种植户掌握农产品质量状况、规范农药使用行为、合理设置停药期、确保农产品合格提供科客观数据信息,并为各类监管部门开展食品安全监管及风险交流提供执法证据和科学依据。1.样品检测:依据相关工作规范组织抽(取)样及待测样制备,精确称取均质待测样10.00g,按照《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱—质谱联用法》(GB 23200.121-2021)所示标准方法进行前处理及上机检测,读取样品浓度C(ng/mL)数据。2.数据处理:根据计算式计算样品中阿维菌素含量检测结果X(mg/kg)=(C×V×n)/(m×1000),其中,C(ng/mL)为样品浓度,V(mL)为定容体积,n为稀释倍数,m(g)为取样量。3.合格率计算:依据《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763-2021)对样品农药残留情况进行合格性评价,并计算合格率(%) = (合格样品数量 / 检测样品数量) ×100%。4.数据应用:农业种植户可根据农产品中阿维菌素残留量检测数据,对照食品安全国家标准,准确了解农产品安全状况,进一步规范农药使用行为,合理设置停药期,确保农产品合格;各类食品安全监管部门可以根据检测数据及合格率统计数据精准开展食品安全监管和风险交流。

Based on standardized food sampling and laboratory testing, raw test data were processed according to standard methods to obtain the abamectin content data of the tested vegetable samples. The qualification of the samples was evaluated by comparing with national food safety standards, to determine whether the residual amount of abamectin in agricultural products meets the specified standards. This dataset can provide scientific and objective data for crop farmers to master the quality status of agricultural products, standardize pesticide application practices, rationally set withdrawal periods, and ensure the compliance of agricultural products, and provide law enforcement evidence and scientific basis for various regulatory authorities to carry out food safety supervision and risk communication. 1. Sample Testing: Sampling and test sample preparation were conducted in accordance with relevant work specifications. 10.00 g of homogeneous test sample was accurately weighed, and pretreatment and instrumental testing were performed according to the standard method specified in *National Food Safety Standard: Determination of Residues of 331 Pesticides and Their Metabolites in Plant-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry* (GB 23200.121-2021), and the sample concentration C (ng/mL) was recorded. 2. Data Processing: The test result X (mg/kg) of abamectin content in the sample was calculated using the formula: X = (C × V × n) / (m × 1000), where C (ng/mL) is the sample concentration, V (mL) is the final constant volume, n is the dilution factor, and m (g) is the sample mass. 3. Qualified Rate Calculation: The qualification of the samples was evaluated based on *National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods* (GB 2763-2021), and the qualified rate (%) was calculated as: Qualified Rate (%) = (Number of Qualified Samples / Total Number of Tested Samples) × 100%. 4. Data Application: Crop farmers can accurately understand the safety status of agricultural products by comparing with national food safety standards based on the detection data of abamectin residues in agricultural products, further standardize pesticide application practices, rationally set withdrawal periods, and ensure the compliance of agricultural products; Various food safety regulatory authorities can accurately conduct food safety supervision and risk communication based on the detection data and qualified rate statistics.
