Butterfly: MARSSEQ dataset

This dataset is part of the data from the publication: <strong>Keren-Shaul H, Kenigsberg E, Jaitin DA, David E, Paul F, Tanay A, et al. MARS-seq2.0: an experimental and analytical pipeline for indexed sorting combined with single-cell RNA sequencing. Nature Protocols. 2019 Jun 1;14(6):1841–62. </strong> This data is also available in SRA. The reason we put the data here is because we experienced difficulties in extracting the data from the SRA - we were given these files, which are the files submitted to SRA, by the authors. We put them here to make possible the processing of these files in Google Colab.
