2.数据计算:当前时间的交流电流与直流电流比=试片交流电流/试片直流电流,取绝对值,取当前时间前24h结果,得出24h平均交流电流与直流电流比;筛选当前时间前24h的试片交流电流、试片直流电流,以AVERAGE函数计算24h平均试片交流电流和24h平均试片直流电流;以上报时间为横坐标,试片交流电流为纵坐标,建坐标系,筛选当前时间前24h的试片交流电流,通过SLOPE函数计算24h试片交流电流变化斜率,同理以试片直流电流为纵坐标,得24h试片直流电流变化斜率。
3.状态评估:交流电流与直流电流比与24h平均交流电流与直流电流比均小于5,同时当前试片交流电流与24h平均试片交流电流均小于0.2,同时当前试片直流电流与24h平均试片直流电流均小于0时,同时24h试片交流电流变化斜率与24h试片直流电流变化斜率均小于0.001时,阴极保护质量评估结果为保护正常;上述项目任意1项及以上大于标准时,阴极保护质量评估结果为异常预警。

This dataset integrates multiple types of data from the natural gas pipeline cathodic protection coupon monitoring device, including monitoring point number, reporting time, coupon alternating current (AC) current, coupon direct current (DC) current, ratio of AC to DC current, 24-hour average coupon AC current, 24-hour coupon AC current change slope, 24-hour average coupon DC current, 24-hour coupon DC current change slope, 24-hour average ratio of AC to DC current, and cathodic protection quality assessment result, to generate targeted cathodic protection quality evaluation data for natural gas pipelines. By analyzing the obtained cathodic protection quality evaluation data, the cathodic protection system can be evaluated and optimized to improve its operating efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the long-term stability and safety of the natural gas pipeline network. Meanwhile, the collected monitoring data can be utilized to predict the corrosion trend of the natural gas pipeline network and the performance of the cathodic protection system, so as to arrange maintenance work in advance and reduce unexpected equipment failures and maintenance costs.
1. Data Collection: Collect, organize and summarize the monitoring point number, reporting time, coupon AC current and coupon DC current of the monitoring device.
2. Data Calculation: The ratio of AC to DC current at the current time is calculated as coupon AC current divided by coupon DC current, with the absolute value taken; for all valid data from the previous 24 hours of the current time, calculate their average to obtain the 24-hour average ratio of AC to DC current. Filter the coupon AC current and DC current data within the 24-hour window prior to the current time, and use the built-in AVERAGE function to calculate the 24-hour average coupon AC current and 24-hour average coupon DC current. Establish a coordinate system with the reporting time as the abscissa and the coupon AC current as the ordinate, filter the coupon AC current data within the 24-hour window, and calculate the 24-hour coupon AC current change slope using the SLOPE function. Repeat the same process with the coupon DC current as the ordinate to obtain the 24-hour coupon DC current change slope.
3. Status Assessment: When the ratio of AC to DC current and the 24-hour average ratio of AC to DC current are both less than 5, the current coupon AC current and 24-hour average coupon AC current are both less than 0.2, the current coupon DC current and 24-hour average coupon DC current are both less than 0, and the 24-hour coupon AC current change slope and 24-hour coupon DC current change slope are both less than 0.001, the cathodic protection quality assessment result is "Normal Protection"; if any one or more of the above items exceed the corresponding standard, the cathodic protection quality assessment result is "Abnormal Warning".
4. Data Application: Evaluate and optimize the cathodic protection system to ensure the stability and safety of the natural gas pipeline network.
