Small RNA Sequencing of Exosomal miRNA from HFD and LFD Plasma Samples

This study investigates the differential expression of small RNAs, including miRNAs, in exosomes derived from high-fat diet (HFD) and low-fat diet (LFD) plasma samples.Exosomal RNA was purified and sequenced using small RNA-seq to reveal distinct miRNA profiles influenced by metabolic conditions. Overall design: Exosomes were isolated from plasma samples of mice fed HFD or LFD. Exosomal RNA was extracted, and small RNAs (25-200 nt) were sequenced using the Illumina platform.
