This study presents the first open-source demand-driven benchmark for industrial-scale oil refinery and chemical complex, featuring transparent model formulations and comprehensive input parameters. The benchmark adopts a novel port-flow hybrid superstructure, enabling modular modeling and broad versatility. Key secondary processing units are represented via a triangular basis method grounded in historical data. Three real-world cases are constructed, each addressing problems with distinct scenario-specific characteristics. All model parameters are fully accessible, providing researchers with a reproducible benchmark with practical application value.
