项目以星载雷达天线阵面框架和弹载雷达转台支架等典型构件应用为目标,在获得构件力学性能指标的基础上,采用本项目形成的集成计算、高通量实验技术确定超高刚度镁基复合材料基体成分和增强体,通过模具设计与组合、增强体预先成形与镁合金熔体气压浸渗,制备大尺寸超高刚度镁基复合材料构件,形成大尺寸超高刚度镁基复合材料构件的全流程制备技术,获得大尺寸超高刚度镁基复合材料构件在雷达领域中的验证性示范应用,实现超高刚度镁基复合材料从基体成分的集成计算、高通量筛选、大尺寸构件的全流程制备到示范性应用的全链条先进性研究。项目完成了对超高刚度镁基复合材料星载雷达天线框架、弹载雷达转台支架典型构件的有限元模拟仿真,开发了大尺寸超高刚度镁基复合材料制备技术,制备了超高刚度轻质转台支架和超高刚度轻质天线框架两种典型构件,并对构件开展振动、冲击、加速度模拟试验环境评价,实现了其在雷达领域中的验证性示范应用。

This project targets the application of typical components such as spaceborne radar antenna array frames and missile-borne radar turntable supports. Based on the acquired mechanical performance indicators of these components, it adopts the integrated computation and high-throughput experimental technologies developed in this project to determine the matrix composition and reinforcements of ultra-high stiffness magnesium matrix composites. Through mold design and assembly, pre-forming of reinforcements and pressure infiltration of magnesium alloy melt, large-size ultra-high stiffness magnesium matrix composite components are prepared, and the full-process preparation technology for such large-size components is established. The project realizes verified demonstrative applications of large-size ultra-high stiffness magnesium matrix composite components in the radar field, completing the full-chain advanced research of ultra-high stiffness magnesium matrix composites, covering from integrated computation and high-throughput screening of matrix compositions, full-process preparation of large-size components to demonstrative applications. The project has completed finite element simulation for the typical components of ultra-high stiffness magnesium matrix composites, namely spaceborne radar antenna frames and missile-borne radar turntable supports, developed the preparation technology for large-size ultra-high stiffness magnesium matrix composites, fabricated two typical components: ultra-high stiffness lightweight turntable supports and ultra-high stiffness lightweight antenna frames, conducted environmental performance evaluations of the components under simulated test conditions including vibration, shock and acceleration, and achieved their verified demonstrative applications in the radar field.
