Capn2 mutant CRISPR off/on target analysis by ONT-LRS

Capn2 mutant mice were assessed for potential on- and off- target effects caused by CRISPR genome modifications. In total, 66 loci were analyzed by ONT-LRS sequencing using the 'amplicon barcoding with native barcoding expansion 96 (EXP-NBD196, and SQK-LSK109)' Nanopore kits. The 66 queried loci are comprised of 11 target loci (one on-target and 10 off-target) across 3 tissues (brain, heart, and intestine) for 2 founder lines.
