Single cell RNA sequencing reveals transcriptional and cellular abnormalities in choroid plexus of APP/PS1 mice (PRJCA028600)

Choroid plexus (ChP) plays a significant role in inflammation and immune response to stress as between central nervous system and periphery to maintain homeostasis. Here, we isolated ChP and constructed single-cell transcriptional atlas to uncover transcriptional characteries and alterations in APP/PS1 mice with early stage of amyloid pathology. We also validated them using immunostaining, permeability testing and lipoprotein particles measurements.
