石油化工多规格缠绕垫圈内外径尺寸质量数据

通过对多规格型号的缠绕垫圈不同部位内外径尺寸数据的检测和分析，为国内外大中型石化企业在采购寻源和质量评价控制过程中提供真实评价依据。1.数据来源
某国际采购商三年内在中国采购的石油化工专用多规格缠绕垫圈的内外径尺寸质量数据，总计2800多个批次；
2.数据处理
通过分析该产品的检测方法标准GB/T 20123-2006和ASME B16.20-2017和产品标准ASME B16.20-2017，采用专用检测仪器检测产生实测值，判断该实测值是否超出限值，去除超出限值的数据，取有效测量值的平均值与实测值的差值，再除以平均值，计算出产品的关键质控数据的波动度，为生产企业提供工艺改进依据。
3.数据应用
该数据可以为国内外采购和石化企业提供上产制造企业产品质控能力和产品关键参数变化趋势，以此来确定采购对象，采购数量以及产品价格。

Through the detection and analysis of inner and outer diameter dimension data of different parts of multi-specification and multi-model wound gaskets, this dataset provides reliable evaluation basis for domestic and foreign large and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises during their procurement sourcing and quality evaluation and control processes.
1. Data Source
The quality data of inner and outer diameter dimensions of petroleum and chemical industry-specific multi-specification wound gaskets purchased by an international purchaser in China over a three-year period, totaling more than 2,800 batches;
2. Data Processing
By referencing the product testing method standards GB/T 20123-2006 and ASME B16.20-2017 as well as the product standard ASME B16.20-2017, measured values were obtained using dedicated testing instruments. First, we judged whether these measured values exceeded the specified limits, and eliminated the out-of-limit data. Then, we calculated the fluctuation degree of the product's key quality control data by dividing the difference between the average value of valid measured values and each measured value by the average value, so as to provide a basis for production enterprises to improve their production processes.
3. Data Application
This dataset can provide domestic and foreign procurement and petrochemical enterprises with insights into the product quality control capabilities of manufacturing enterprises and the change trends of key product parameters, so as to help determine procurement objects, procurement quantities and product pricing.
