Bicycle Enhanced Network

The Bicycle Enhanced Network consists of: Tier 1 - Protected Bicycle Lanes: Bicycle facilities on arterial roadways with physical separation. BEN Segments from the Neighborhood Enhanced Network (NEN Tier 1): Bicycle facilities on neighborhood-serving streets that provide connections within the protected bicycle lane system. Bicycle Paths: Bicycle facilities outside of the roadway, such as the LA River bicycle path.
