CD301b+ monocyte-derived dendritic cells mediate resistance to radiotherapy The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the transcriptional changes in DC2s and TAMs cells following radiation in B16F1 tumors Two sorted cell populations run triplicate collected at 0 days post radiation (0 dpRT) or 5 days post radiation (5 dpRT). Radiation dosage was 20Gy. Control/nontreated samples are marked as 0dpRT.
