Genetic divergences and hybridization within the <i>Sebastes inermis</i> complex

We uploaded data obtained from 360 individuals of the Sebastes inermis complex collected along the coastal waters of Japan. Data includes morphological information, genotypes of 10 microsatellite loci, sequences of the mitochondrial control region and the intron-free rhodopsine gene. Data was used to study levels of divergence and hybridization between species. A detailed description of each file is presented in READme.txt.
