数据来源于自制的齿轮扫描测量实验平台。研究在未知齿轮参数的情况下，完成齿轮的齿廓扫描，并反求齿轮的详细加工参数，并通过实验验证了测量路径规划方法和数据处理算法的正确性。本数据集是6组测量实验的测量数据，数据量为59KB。

The dataset is sourced from a self-developed gear scanning and measurement experimental platform. This study completed gear tooth profile scanning and reverse-engineered the detailed machining parameters of the gear with unknown initial gear parameters, and verified the correctness of the measurement path planning method and data processing algorithm through experiments. This dataset consists of measurement data from 6 sets of measurement experiments, with a total size of 59 KB.
