中越-中老-中缅国家地缘关系水平演变数据集（1985–2020年）

本研究基于 GDELT 全球事件数据库，整理形成 1985–2020 年中越—中老—中缅边境及国家尺度的地缘政治经济关系数据集。原始数据涵盖事件参与国家、发生地点、时间、事件类别（QuadClass）、事件强度分值（Score）等要素。通过对合作与冲突事件的分类赋权和强度标准化处理，进一步构建年度地缘政治经济关系指数。该指数能够定量反映三对国家关系在合作与冲突维度的动态演变，并揭示地缘关系在边境与国家层面的差异性。数据形式为事件表格数据与年度关系指数表，空间覆盖中越、中老、中缅边境地区及相关国家整体，时间范围为 1985–2020 年。该数据集可为地缘政治学、国际关系学及跨境治理研究提供重要支撑，并有助于跨境合作与区域政策优化。

This study develops a geopolitical and economic relations dataset spanning the China-Vietnam, China-Laos, China-Myanmar border areas and national-level scales from 1985 to 2020, based on the GDELT Global Event Database. The raw data contains core elements including participating countries, event location, occurrence time, event category (QuadClass), event intensity score (Score), and more. Through classification weighting and intensity standardization of cooperation and conflict events, an annual geopolitical and economic relations index is further constructed. This index enables quantitative characterization of the dynamic evolution of the three bilateral state relationships along the cooperation-conflict dimension, and reveals the disparities between geopolitical relations at border and national scales. The dataset is provided in two formats: event tabular data and annual relations index table, with spatial coverage covering the China-Vietnam, China-Laos, China-Myanmar border regions and the entirety of the corresponding countries, and a temporal scope of 1985–2020. This dataset can offer critical support for research in geopolitics, international relations, and cross-border governance, and facilitate cross-border cooperation and regional policy optimization.
