3T3-L1 preadipocytes were infected with Control, Tmbim1, Tmbim1 with PSAP motif deletion lentivirus then differentiated with insulin, IBMX, dexamethasone and rosiglitazone for 6 days. And total RNA extracted from the cells were subjected to RNA-seq to analyze and compare transcriptome to investigate whether the regulatory role of TMBIM1 in adipogenesis was dependent on its PSAP motif.
