LH-15 is a bacterium that was isolated from the soil of Lilium brownii var. viridulum continuous cultivation. It has the ability to degrade 2,4-DTBP, antagonize pathogenic fungi, and promote the growth of Lilium brownii var. viridulum seedlings. Currently, the database mainly contains whole genome sequences of pathogenic bacteria and model strains, with little research on rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria. Therefore, sequencing the entire LH-15 gene and uploading the results can enhance the gene pool of beneficial microorganisms. This provides vital information for improving the nutrient composition of plant rhizosphere soil, attracting more beneficial microorganisms to accumulate in the rhizosphere, promoting plant growth and high yield, and supporting sustainable agricultural development.
