Grassland cover shapes genetic diversity and adaptive potential across the European range of a forest specialist

This repository contains the data and R scripts needed to reproduce the analyses in a manuscript currently under peer review. It covers the full pipeline from filtered SNP data through to the final GLMMs: landscape-genetic pRDAs, standing/neutral/adaptive genetic diversity calculations, spatial and hierarchical genetic structure analyses, and the mixed models linking diversity to landscape structure.
